Only one functional position?

I’m setting role-based permissions as described at Scoutbook for Troops, Crews and Ships - Scoutbook Knowledge Base - cool, and thanks for the update!

However, I see that I can only assign a single position for an adult leader, which is different than our practice. For example, our New Member Coordinator is also a Committee Member (and I can imagine that same person managing registration inquiries, too).

Is there a way to designate the same individual to both (or all) positions?

Thank you!

Committee Member and NMC are both registered positions - not functional positions. A User can only have one registered position in a unit

New Member Coordinator is a special type of Committee Member and is a registered position. Scouting America policy prohibits an individual other than the Charter Org Rep from being registered in multiple positions in a single unit.

You can assign multiple functional roles to an individual.

Where is a good place to find the description of the New Member Coordinator and the unit positions this person should be given permission to use?

@StephenCoates- here is some info
New Member Coordinator - Scouting Wire : Scouting Wire

Great resource! Now shared with our Pack Committee Chairman and Cubmaster for discussion with a new parent at last evening’s committee meeting willing to register and take on the NMC position. Thank you for the timely reply.

@StephenCoates They might also find the following information helpful. I forget if the registered position automatically comes with access to the unit roster, but if not, they have the option to give that person the Registration Inquiry functional role.
