I am trying to finish the Online Recharter. I cannot complete it because it says we lack registered leaders. They are in Scoutbook as leaders, but not shown anywhere else. They have dual positions Cubmaster/Webelos Den leader and Asst Cubmaster/Tiger Den leader. Council has been no help.
Even though we turned in paperwork to register for these positions, are seems we are not, even though both positions show as assigned in Scoutbook.
Is there a way for us to do this online, or do we need to submit scanned paper applications to get this set up correctly?

Only the COR can concurrently hold two registered positions in one unit, and only as COR and CC or a committee position. Other positions may only be registered in one role.
ETA: Assignment of a role in Scoutbook only checks to make sure that the person is registered in some capacity as a scouter.

The Chartered Organization Representative (position code CR) is the only individual who can be registered in more than one position within the same unit. The CR may also serve in a multiple capacity as the committee chair (CC) or as a member of the committee:
Committee Member (MC),
New Member Coordinator (NM), or
Pack Trainer (PT)
within the same unit.
Your den leader(s) cannot be registered in some other position in the same unit (pack).

The position of Assistant Cubmaster is optional, so it might make sense to register that person as Tiger Den Leader.
