*I am trying to run the “Needs Awarded” and “Needs Purchasing” reports from Scout Book for our Venturing Crew and Sea Scout Ship. It will run the report but doesn’t include any of the scout participants over 18. How can I include them? This is a topic I reported last year and was fixed, now it is broken again.

@StacyBogart lets try again - the first 3 I tested were all just adult leaders - they would not be earning anything - what are the #s of the Scouts

I added the Adults because many of them received Leader awards and I thought they should show up on the list also for needs purchasing.

@StacyBogart do me a favor and look at one of the scouts Ranks and see if it is approved? On test server seeing odd things
Ok, is there a particular scout you want me to check? I’m not sure what you are seeing it looks ok on my end
@StacyBogart well that is issue - we are seeing things GO to needs approval if in complete state - but we also think in a few situations it seems things might have auto-approved or something (if approved they would not go to report). So not knowing what is completed for what scout it is impossible for us to check your scouts.
Doesn’t it have to be approved before it goes to the needs purchasing list?
For instance, Scout 133034496 is under 18 and his Venturing rank is completed and Leader approved. So when I run a Needs Purchasing report, he shows up on the report needing that rank patch. This is the same for all under 18’s but the over 18’s don’t show up.
Scout 127791841 is over 18 and his Discovery and Pathfinder ranks are Completed and Leader Approved, but he doesn’t show up on the Needs Purchasing report
so do your Over 18 show on the Needs Approval? Mine do. I see the Purchase seems to be an issue

To be clear, they don’t show up on needs approval because they are already approved? Or are they missing when they have not been approved?
Ok, I just went back and removed the Leader Approved for 127791841 and he did show up on the Needs Approval report now. But he still doesn’t show up on the Needs Purchasing Report.
Yeah I think that is the issue for Participants - need to check a troop one - thanks for reporting
