Pack Admins Have Lost Access?!

I am a registrar for our local Council. I have a Pack reporting that their Key 3 - all three - have lost admin rights to the Pack. They:

  1. Are properly regisered and showing on the Pack’s roster with the green “R”.
  2. Registrations were all done previously, not last minute and should not have been affected by any lapse situation.
  3. Pack is also duly rechartered and did not experience a lapse of any kind.
  4. They STILL DO have access in the boy/girl Troops they are associated with.
  5. I have searched everything I know on Volunteer Tools, all looks to be okay. Connections look okay, etc… I even did a re-sync from their person record to My.scouting to see if that might knock something loose. Nada.
  6. They have confirmed that no others have the access to remove them accidentially somehow.

What happened to do this, and what do I do to get it fixed??? Please please please do not tell me to submit a ticket, that process is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Thank you.

These pack admin roles were ended yesterday but should not have been. The developers are investigating. If there is another pack admin that still has access, that individual can restore these admin roles by going to the pack roster, clicking their names then Pack admin, clearing the end date and clicking Update.
