National has changed the name to Troop Committee Chair years ago, but Scoutbook still shows “Chairman”. The Scoutbook patch for the Chair is correct.
I reported this bug before, but it wasn’t acknowledged.
Scoutbook uses the titles that come from my.Scouting Tools. The title there still says “Committee Chairman”, so that’s where the title is coming from in Scoutbook.
Thank you. I entered a ticket to my.scouting. At least the patch is correct in Scoutbook.
The request has been noted, and the process to change the official name will begin tomorrow.
