I have a question regarding a leader on my roster in scoutbook. I have already discussed the issue with my district executive, @AaronGluck. I have a registered leader that shows a BSA member number on my.scouting but his profile in scoutbook does not show his number. I do not have the ability to change this on my end. How can I remedy this situation. This leader will be our new committee chair in the new year and needs to have pack admin privileges which I cannot seem to add.

this is fixed for both you and him - he is not currently registered as Chair
No he is not as yet registered as chair. That is in progress at the moment. Thank you so much!
