Cubmaster here. When I set up a calender event for the pack, and invite all youth and adults registered with BSA member Ids in the unit, the recipient gets an email with yes, no, or maybe.
I have had a parent say yes, but it hasn’t affected their scout(s), and sometimes only one parent has a BSA member Id, but both want to come, and bring the siblings of the youth member.
Is there a way to enable the option to say how many people are coming under that person’s response, so that we can plan accordingly?
