I entered in mt son’s completed palm (5th palm (gold)), and for some reason, in the profile view, its showing as a double gold palm (Bronze, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Gold, Gold)

That is option a 2 version issue - you put in one and then council puts in a different version - run the scout history report to see if it shows anything
His Scouts BSA History report only shows 4 palms. (even though 5 are entered in, and graphically it shows 6)

Even if I delete that 5th palm (gold), one of the gold palms disappear, but the 2nd one still stays.
