Parent Account Merge Needed

Hello,
I’m not sure how it happened, but a new parent said she doesn’t have access to her scout’s account. I checked the parent account connected with the scout and it’s a different BSA member number. I think they likely need to be merged.
Parent account to keep: 141507954
Parent account to merge: 141353693
Scout account connection: 141496257

Is merging the correct course of action?

@BenMason that is fixed - one issue - the 2 accounts had 2 last names - so if wrong now Council can fix

Thank you! Just so I’m clear, the accounts are merged, but if the name needs a correction, then council can address that?

@BenMason the Last Name MAY need fix - yes Council - I also think users can change own name at my.scouting.org
