Parent account fix request

I have a parent for former-returning scout with duplicate BSA ids linked to the same email.
Mom - new bsa id:14626654
Dad - new bsa id: 14633037
former account (dads name, moms email): 136853720

Please merge whichever way makes the most sense.

Thank you.

@EricMeyer2 that is fixed - mother needs to use her my.scouting user name / password to log in

Dear Scoutbook Support,

Can I request here that you merge my account with the name “Jon DO NOT USE Duke” with member ID # 128053354 into my account with the name Jon Darren Duke and the member ID# 136870233.

I am currently an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 118 at Fort Belvoir, VA in the Colonial District of the National Capitol Area Council. Additional information that you may need to confirm the correct accounts: I have one son currently in scouting. His name is S.

I’ve downloaded my training file from the old account, but assume that all of that will transfer in the merger.

Thank you for your assistance. Please let me know if there are any issues.

Kind regards,

Jon Darren Duke

@JonDuke When the names and dates of birth (DOBs) match exactly, then you should be able to manage this yourself. Go to my.scouting and then:

  1. Click on Menu.
  2. Click on Manage Member ID.
  3. Set the current BSA member ID number as “primary”.

Your training should merge within about 24 hours.

@JonDuke Your Scoutbook accounts have been merged.

Please log in with your my.scouting user name and password – not your e-mail address.

Scoutbook, I have a parent by the name of (name removed by Moderator) BSA ID 14200975, who is not being provided permission to invite their scout to Scoutbook. Scout: (name removed by Moderator) BSA Member ID 14211288 her SB User ID: 12445169.

A second issue is that neither the scout our parent has access to the calendar in scoutbook.

Scoutbook, I have a parent who’s information is correct and complete in my.scouting.org and when he logs in. But in Scoutbook, it is complete gibberish, except the phone number and name. There’s no email and the address is not an address. The phone number is correct.

SB user ID 12701547, BSA Member ID: 14567434.

Thanks so much.
