Can someone please merge my two accounts? The one I can access is 12112017 and I can’t find the account number for the other one, but it should have the same name and email. Thank you!

@AmyBradlow I have merged your Scoutbook accounts. However, BSA member ID numbers cannot be merged, they can only be managed (Manage Member ID at my.Scouting).
You should be able to use Manage Member ID (at my.Scouting) to temporarily switch to your secondary BSA number so that you can renew your child with first initial I. Please switch your BSA number back to your primary before logging in to any other systems, or you might create another Scoutbook account.
Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child with first initial I. In the “Relationships” tab / section, they need to remove you as parent under your secondary BSA number. Then they need to add you as parent under your primary BSA nunber, the one that ends in -025.

Hello.
I accidentally created two accounts under my son. Can they be merged?
REMOVED is my old last name Leah Jackson, but that is the one I can access. REMOVED I believe is my current last name Leah Pollock.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I’m sorry I have been away from my computer. Yes, Pollock is the correct last name. He is now in the California Inland Empire council. He used to live in Idaho where he originally started scouts.
