Parent Email incorrect, how to change?

We have a new parent and somehow her email address when added to Scoutbook was added with a typo. Now, she can’t log in, doesn’t get any of the emails from scoutbook, and she can’t change the email address. The local council says they can’t change it.

Anyone have advice on how she can fix this?
