Request for parent email correction

Hi. I found out last night during our meeting that a parent hasnt been receiving my invitations to scoubook because her email is wrong in scoutbook. She is not a leader and has never been on my.scouting. She is a parent linked to her scout. In scoutbook when i look at her sons profile she is listed with an incorrect email, it has typos so we have to assume the emails end up undeliverable.

Her son’s bsa id is 132683386. Could we setup a private chat and i can provide her correct info?

If the parent can log in she can change it herself in Scoutbook
