I have two scouts who’s parent’s email was entered incorrectly upon registration. How do I go about fixing her email?

The user should be able to fix themself
I’m not able to invite them onto scoutbook to set up their child’s accounts because it is going to the wrong email address.
so the council entered it wrong? if so they can fix it
