One of my Webelos parents is unable to update Adventure requirements on an Adventure that is partially completed. Each time she gets a red message indicating that she is unable to update requirements and to try again later. I can’t see any issues in my view.

Well it has been a month since she has logged into Scoutbook. Is this on the Scouting App?
I suspect that it is the app. She has deleted it and reinstalled it. She was logged in to that last night.
I’d suggest pointing her to scoutbook.scouting.org
