SOS: Error message saying “unable to update adventure requirements. Please try again later.“

I am trying to update requirements that my son has already completed several months ago, but I always got an error message for some activities, for example, “Duty to God and You” adventure. The error message shows "unable to update adventure requirements. Please try again later.“

I downloaded the latest version of ios app but still not working.

I also saw several similar discussions in the forum, but no clear solution. Is there anyone know how to fix it? Need to finish update the requirements asap so my son can graduate.

@RuFang - justvto clarify that you are using the red scouting app for this ? Could yiu try going to scoutbook.scouting.org and updating the adventure there. Failing that please post the BSA member ID number for your scout.

Thanks so much for the quick response! Yes, the web version scoutbook.scouting.org works!

I did use the red scouting app on both iPhone and iPad, also tried removing and reinstalling the app, but it always failed.

We met the deadline to update my son’s activity status, I think he should be able to graduate this year :slight_smile:
