Parent is unable to RSVP for one of her 2 scouts in SB calendar

Hello,
The Parent on Member ID 137515334 reports that she is unable to RSVP in the calendar for one of her two sons. From what I can tell, her account is linked correctly in the UI.

The Scout she cannot RSVP for is member ID 14753343. (She IS able to RSVP for 137515333)

Can you please review and advise?
