RSVP in issue in Scoutbook Calendar

I have two different parents that were unable to RSVP their Cub for an event. They can RSVP for themselves, but when they try to RSVP for their child, it will not allow them to update the status. I can update it for them, but I am also a Key 3. Here is the event: Internet Advancement. Any assistance is highly appreciated.

Please provide the member numbers of the parents and scouts without providing names.
