I have a parent showing as an asst den leader on our official my.scouting roster but she’s not showing in scoutbook as a leader. How do I get her to show up in SB so that I can align her to the den she’ll be running?
Post the BSA Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.
If this just happened you might need to give it 24 hours for a sync also
