I had a parent that just signed up for an account, but entered her son’s birthdate instead of her own. Our council registrar went in and corrected it, but it still seems to think she’s a youth and not an adult. When she clicks the invite link to connect to her son, she’s seeing messages about connecting with a parent and asking your parent to make an account (and it won’t connect her). How can this be changed to an adult account?
