Parent with 2 ids need to merge

I have a parent that has 2 IDs that need to be merged. The last name is spelled differently, but the email is the same. His information is:
137215446 (make primary)
14189287

This is fixed. The user must log in with the my.scouting.org ID that is the portion of his e-mail address with the digits or portion after the @

I have 3 member IDs that I would like to merge into 1 myscouting account, it keeps showing ‘not fix current profile’ when I try to use the add member ID function.
Please help
