Parents receive messages but not event notifications/reminders

As the title says, i have parents that are able to receive messages but do not receive event notifications/reminders. I have them all selected as invitees and set reminders for “now”, “1 day before”, and “7 days before”. I receive the notifications as do some other members in the Pack.

Anyone else seeing this and/or have a fix?

Are you talking about events that don’t have their scouts invited. There is a known bug that prevents non-registered parents from receiving reminders if their scout isn’t invited.
