Is there a way to use a credit in one account such as an adult account, to pay a debt in another account, such as the scout’s account? Keeping track of things leaders and parents have payed for would be much easier if they could use that money to pay for things like annual dues for a scout.

We just make 2 transactions - charge the one and credit the other.
