As a Key 3 Delegate (and Camping Coordinator), when I select multiple scouts from the Payment Log “Troop Roster” list and then select the “Record Member Transaction” button, I am able to enter a Charge for a campout for all scouts and adults that I select."
However, the ability to select an Event to associate with Charge with is missing.
After I save the Charge for all the scouts and adults, I am able to go back into each individual charge and select an Event, but this is really a time consuming hassle.
Can the “Event Selection” drop down be added into the Record Member Transaction dialog when creating a charge for multiple scouts? Can the “Record Member Transaction” for Charges be the same as the “Record Transaction” when you inside a member record?
It would be nice if the order of the data entry fields were identical as well, just from a user experience perspective.
