I like seeing the attached info in the dens, however about once a week everything defaults back to no preferences. How do I keep these preferences permanent? Or, is there away to apply these preferences to all dens at once?

Those are set per device - if yours keep erasing I would bet you have some security software that is clearing cache
The settings are stored in cookies. From your screen shot it looks like you are using a mobile device. If you are using iOS and you have Scoutbook setup as an icon on your desktop, iOS will delete many cookies whenever you switch out of the window. If using iOS we recommend opening Scoutbook in Safari, not via a desktop icon to avoid losing cookies.
