I am missing a den all together in scoutbook plus. Shows in SB. Shoes at district. Shows on phone. But not laptop. This is the first time this has happened.
UPDATE: I have answered the question. This MUST be fixed. I have a pack meeting and no way to track this Den which means you will be depriving a bunch of kids their achievments or they will be given them like candy. Stop messing with the volunteers. We do enough. Don’t need to be forced to use tools that don’t work.
Try resetting your cache or using an incognito window.
Did you create the den and move the Scouts on your laptop? The developers would like to know what you did when they disappeared.
No. I removed a kid that keeps getting put into the wron den base on his age. the system has been moving him. Then the den disappeared. I cleared cache. Still no den. Pretty sure I could find a person that can fix this idiotic problem in about a minute. Why is this so hard. This is a basic linked database. Intuative it is not.
@MargaretSteele1- there is no automation of den assignment in scoutbook or scoutbook plus. There are also at minimum 3 people who wouldvadmin rights in any unit so other user actions may be at play.
You say that you see them on your phone but not the laptop, well logically that would point to the laptop as having an issue. What browser are you using ? I would suggest that you clear the cookies and cache related to scouting.org sites.
