Gantt,
What is your role in the unit? The advancement report can only be generated by Key 3 (Scoutmaster/Cubmaster/Crew Advisor/Skipper, Committee Chair, Charter Org Rep), Key 3 Delegate or Unit Advancement Chair as indicated in Organization Security Manager in my.scouting.org.
Ed: I am the COR - I’ve been running these reports for at least a year, this just started…
Just tried again, to run the Advancement Reports, still getting denied.
@GanttEdmiston Can you please try again?
@JenniferOlinger Thank you! Yes, I can finally run reports again. What was done to fix this?
I am not sure what the developers did exactly, but I’m glad it’s working for you now.
I’m trying to do an advancement report as a Council Scoutbook admin- and keep getting this error message: “Please log onto your account and try again, or report this to the forums (81).”
What can be done?
Rebekah,
Are you a Council Admin in my.scouting.org? This is what is needed to be able to run reports for other units in Internet Advancement.
This exact error happened to me 3 weeks ago. I had to ask three times, before a developer fixed something, and I was finally able to run my troop advancement reports. For me, this had nothing to do with being a Council admin. The issue is that even though, I was logged in, Scoutbook did not recognize that. You may also want to email scoutbook.support@scouting.org
Yes, I am. That’s why it is not making any sense. I’m sure (81) is an error code in the system, that perhaps an Scoutbook admin can understand. I sent an email today and haven’t heard back as of yet. However, their instant response email did say it could take up to 48 hours for a response.
What is the SSD number you received in the subject of one of the automated replies?
Thanks for your input. I am logged in, and it says I am logged in- under the correct title, permissions, ect. Unless they are seeing something different, I have no idea what is going on.
the SSD # is: SSD-102945
I am having problems with this issue to, I am a key three, never had problems in the Scoutbook, before this upgrade

What do you see listed under Active Positions?
It’s not working for me. Our Troop rewards Scouts on these reports and we cannot pull it up now and yes I am a key 3.
This same problem is happening with me. I am trying to input service hours as troop advancement chair and it does not let me access the roster. Can some
One help, please?
