Hi. I’m COR for a pack, and our cubmaster’s registration has expired. I need to remove him and promote a den leader, but I can’t figure out how to remove him. Will someone list the steps please?

Thanks, but I cannot move the cubmaster to the committee because his registration has expired. I am not permitted to adjust him at all, it seems.
And I cannot add the new one; if I do, it says I have too many assigned.
can you move the DL to the CM position and save? The CM might be in a grace period - you could ask council
