POSTING PAYMENTS - Hello - 85% of the time I enter payments into scout book it deducts $1-$2 dollars - this has been happening since January and I can not figure out why. I have entered dollar amounts VERY CAREFULLY and it says updated and I go to their account and it shows an amount that is $1-$2 less. I thought it was me at first but our Pack is having the same issue - HELP!!! It’s double the work to put it in and then have to double check that it’s correct and if not, make that correction! I have been treasurer for 4 years so it’s not new person error.
Are you entering whole dollar amounts or cents too?
Whole dollar amounts. We always round up or down
