Blue Cards Will not Print

I am trying to pint a Blue Card for a Scout. When I do I get the following:

I am the Unit Advancement Chair and I am fully connected to the Scout (135629245). I have tried using Firefox and Outlook but I get the same error using both.

I have tried printing Blue Cards for other Scouts and it works. It will also let me print a Blue Card for the Scout if I select a different merit badge..

I am having to resolve an issue where the merit badge counselor has not signed off on all the requirement but the parent is asserting that the Scout completed the merit badge as a one day clinic. Because some of the merit badge requirement have that cannot be completed at a one day clinic, we think the clinic report was issue in error.

Is this for only one MB for the Scout (that is a known issue) or is it for all MBs for that scout?

@CharlesOlson - i wonder if trying to print the blue card would work from legacy

I can print other Blue Cards for this Scout if there is no merit badge counselor assigned but if there is an assigned merit badge counselor I get the error (even when I am the assigned merit badge counselor).

@CharlesOlson for other user - printing BC from Legacy gets around the error
