Event Import/Export stuck on "Gathering Unit Data"

I’ve tried logging out/logging in, refreshing (Shift+F5) and two different PCs using chrome. Import and export both get stuck on the gathering unit data and don’t do anything. Anything else I should try?

A potential issue that may have affected this was found and fixed in a new version of the extension (V0.49.0.8)

Thanks! I think you fixed the import as I was able to successfully import an event. The Export still gets hung up on gathering unit data. I do see the new tab open up when I run it and that successfully logs in to Scoutbook Plus roster. I just used a CSV file from last year, so wasn’t sure if I had the correct format, but it seemed to work.

Gary, when I try to use the import calendar events from CSV feature, it errors out and states “Halted with error in saveSubunitData, IA access issue”. I’ve tested with just 1 event in the CSV and still get this error. Any advice? I’m updated to the current V0.49.0.9

Not sure you have the newest version running. That error is on exports. Imports has saveSubunitDataEE.

I coped and pasted the error from sb. Exports works fine for me, this is from imports.

Yep, you’re right. I think I found the issue - you are in a Crew and its failing trying to get subunits for it - because Crews don’t have any. Working on a fix.

Gary, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I just imported 48 events for our troop’s Christmas Tree Lot. Can’t imagine having to do them one by one, you’re a life saver!!
