I have been adding completion dates for rank requirements in place of just having a rank completion date for previously awarded ranks. I am having problems with a scout that began this rank in 2021 and completed in 2023. My understanding was that if started we were to use the 2016 requirements. Scoutbook will not allow me to add a date in 2023 for the 2016 requirement list. To make matters worse, to be able to add the dates I had to remove the completed status which is now also not allowing me to put the correct 2023 date and the scout now shows as a tenderfoot… I have previously joked about “demoting” scouts, now I appear to have done it by accident!

You must move the Scout to the 2022 version of Second Class. All Scouts were required to transition to the 2022 version on Jan 1, 2023
