Profile Misalignment

Working from an mobile phone (android). My scouting page is not showing the option to renew my adult membership. It is also not showing as a registered adult attached to the Troop that my son is in. I need that aligned with his troop and to be able to renew my adult membership. Member ID: 140138426 and am with the Mattaponi district.

Are you saying you’re not registered with the unit? Registration issues can only be addressed by your council registrar.

Does the Scouting America Member ID you posted match with what your troop Key 3 see for you in my.scouting? If not, you might have multiple member IDs, and need to add the one your unit Key 3 see to your my.scouting account under the Manage Member ID tab. Once the registered scouter Member ID is set to primary, you should be able to renew your registration (as long as it’s not beyond the grace period). You might need to log out and back in before the renewal will appear.

@CrystalFetherolf your membership with P0021 ended 8/31/25 - at this point you would need a new application to be a leader in the unit.
