One of my scouts had their membership expire 11/30/2025. The parent is trying to renew their Scout’s membership. They login to my.scouting.org and do not have any notification to renew their scout. They can’t find anywhere to renew their scout. I’m not sure what’s going on

@PaulThomas4 . The Scout AV-R - has a Parent RR.
For the listed adult to be parent either the existing parent or a unit Key 3 needs to add the Relationship on the Scouts SB+ Profile page - or your council can help.
@PaulThomas4 Please contact the local council for assistance. It looks like the parent’s “relationships” are messed up. Ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up the Scout and make sure that the parent is listed only under member ID number 141016004.
If you go to SB+ > Reports as a Key3 > New > Roster Builder > you can click Scouts and Show PG Relationships to see who is in relationship along with the MID they are in relationship under.

@PaulThomas4- the unit can renew the membership and then the parent can pay the unit
