@VibhorTrivedi you cannot renew it cause it is fully expired. This is a new application situation - if unit accepts online apps that can be done with beascout.scouting.org
However just so you know, I have been able to renew the membership for one of my twin daughter(Member ID: 141288535) successfully. however the membership in question (Member ID: 141288514) is giving error. which is strange. everything is same for both the daughters the unit, dates and level etc.
Akela, the member database, is telling us both of your daughter’s memberships expired 9/30/25 and neither has been renewed. If you believe you renewed one of them successfully you will need to speak with your Council registrar to find out why she was not renewed.
In any event, neither has a current registration or a registration in the grace period so a new application is required.
Thanks @DonovanMcNeil for providing this number, However i have called on the same number multiple times and no response, left multiple voice message too. Looks like this number is not being monitored, do you have any other number/email where I can reach out to?
Keep in mind that everyone on here is a volunteer, rather than Scouting America staff. So the SUAC folks generally don’t have that much insight into local council contacts and so forth, unless it happens to be their council.
On the page Donovan posted is a link for the directory. On that page is the phone number for the Registrar and Assistant Registrar. I suggest contacting one of them during business hours.
