I am trying to create a purchase order for my Pack.
I went to Roster→Advancements→To Purchase. I selected everything in the table showed in Step 1. I clicked the “Create Purchase Order” button in step 2 because I didn’t have an open purchase order. After a second, a popup appeared at the top of the page saying the purchase order was created successfully.
The problem is now I can’t see the newly created purchase order and the table in step one is now empty. Under step 3, when I click “View Closed Orders (0)”, the pop up says no closed purchase order. Under step 2, it says “No open Purchase Order”.
I finally found a workaround to view the new purchase order. I click on Roster→Advancements→To Award. Then I can click the PO# in the purchase order column for one of the advancements that need to be awarded. On that page, the Purchase order looks right. And the status says Open. The PO# is 1060861.
But know I can’t add any more advancements to the PO because it doesn’t show up on the To Purchase page.
