Was experiencing a similar problem and posted my own thread on it this morning, and I think we’ve uncovered what needs to be done: Unit Quick Entry not working for AOL Outdoor Adventurer - #3 by etruongcao
Essentially, you have to drill into each individual scout’s profile and update the version of the Rank they’re working on, and then go into each the specific adventure and also update the version of the Adventure on that scout’s page (just choosing the version on the Unit Quick Entry page doesn’t do it)
I eventually found this caveat at the top of the Unit Quick Entry page:
The current solution is a bit cumbersome and kind of defeats the effectiveness of Unit Quick Entry, so the ultimate request would be a fix that doesn’t require us to drill into each individual adventure page of each scout to change the version.
Since we should all be working to the 2024 requirements, an automatic IT force to 2024 for ranks AND adventures would be the best solution.
