My son cannot see any rank or badge advancement that is supposed to be in the middle of the screen. Instead it is completely blank (see attachment).
For my younger son I can see all his advancement fine. For the other it does not show (he can’t see either). They are both attached to me (boys are Ken and Leo), but only one shows a blank center.
When I click the upper right and see my attached boys, they have different logos by their names - is that part of the problem? The boy with the tan background logo (see attached) has the rank advancement show like normal (Leo), the boy with no background to the scout logo has no rank advancement show (Ken).
Can anyone solve this problem? Thank you!
