Scout cannot see his own advancement

I got my son on scoutbook, however when he clicked on his advancement page, it shows blank for him

Is there something I can do to allow him to see and enter his green advancement?

Well it is all there - are they clicking on Administration?

The scout clicked on his advancement page.

When I look him up in internet advancement, I see two of me on the left side. I am not sure that is a factor

Yes you had 2 accounts but I fixed that - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
