I have a Scout who is trying to earn second class, but was somehow started on the 2016 version. I can’t enter rank requirements because he joined after the expiration of the 2016 version. When I try to switch to the 2022 version I get an error message. (Member ID 14446622)

This is part of a known issue that is being actively worked. The solution is understood but it is a very large data fix that is taking time to resolve all cases.
