I just submitted 2 recharter packages today. One recharter package went thru fine and one recharter did not - the Adobe E-sign emails did not go to the CC, COR, and SM for review and signature. Everyone at district and council seemed stumped. No one knows how to get a copy of the recharter package out for review and approval. Thoughts?
