REconnecting a scout that is on roster

A few months ago a scout moved away. After giving them a copy of their cub scout report, I removed them from our ScoutBook roster by ending their membership. Now, they have unexpectedly moved back. They remain on our official roster at my.scouting, how can I reconnect them to our ScoutBook unit?

I setup a sync for tonight - there are some Leaders attached that could go to their connections and find the scout and fix membership now - I Graham, L Halderman, J Richard
