We have a scout who due to a medical issue has been granted alternate requirements for his swimming for 2/1 class. We’ve been instructed to keep the requirement sheet with his permit records. My question is - how do we record the new requirements in his Scoutbook records?

There is no official way to do this. However you should note the following about scoutbook:
- You do not need to mark each requirement complete in order to mark the Board of Review and overall rank complete.
- You can add notes with pictures to individual requirements or the overall rank. However, you do have to type something in the notes and save it in order for the pictures to save. I’d double check by going out and back in to make sure it worked properly.
