Registered Leader in MyScouting is Not Reflected in Scoutbook

I have a situation where we have a leader (MID: 13867790) properly appearing in the unit roster within MyScouting and not in Scoutbook.

When I asked the unit’s COR to search for him, the system apparently finds him, but when the COR attempts to add him, the COR receives an error message stating that he does not have an email address.

I did a search in the forums and found this: Leader not showing Scoutbook, but is present in MyScouting Roster . This might be a similar issue?

I setup a sync to deal with this issue overnight

He has 2 Scoutbook IDs and 2 my.scouting.org IDs. I have merged his Scoutbook IDs. He should be using his my.scouting.org ID that is not an e-mail address.

@LouLeopold Also ask your council to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. In the Relationships" section, they should make sure that he is listed as parent only under BSA 13867790. They should remove him if listed as parent under other BSA member numbers. Otherwise, his BSA member numbers might get switched at Recharter.
