Scout member number 141194570 is current on registration, shows on roster in scouting.org, was present in SB legacy, but does not show in SB plus roster. He transferred from another council out of state last year and our local office created new member number for him with our council, so have been told that him having 2 numbers is part of problem but local council has been unable to fix it. can someone here help?
