@WilliamEvans it takes up to 24 hours for all to level out - if it is over that you can post BSA # (no names) and it can be looked at
We have a brand new scout that just registered but is not showing in Scoutbook and in my.scouting, he is showing as expired, but he was registered by his guardian in February 2025 and is good until 2026 per his application. BSA# 141489860
@DeannaFournier The Scout looks good. It looks like the pack assigned the Scout to Bear Den 3 earlier today.
Please let us know tomorrow if the pack is still having issues seeing the Scout in Scoutbook (legacy) or Scoutbook Plus.
Same issue - Member ID 131579179 is not showing up on my roster in SB+, however I do see N in Scoutbook. Brother is in both places. Need to get his advancement entered.

@AllisonWeber also other than Calendar and Logs - troops should still be using Legacy Scoutbook
This Scout’s “relationships” look messed up. For example: N appears to be “Father of” a sibling.
Please contact the local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools. In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove them all, then add the parent(s) back. After the Scout’s relationships are fixed, we can fix the connections Scoutbook.

Once using first name? And again using a nickname?
Unfortunately, I’m still not seeing him on my side. He was there a week ago, then gone when I checked yesterday. I am the Cubmaster and pack admin so I’m confused. I cleared my cache and deleted my history but for some reason, I’m not getting the updated roster that includes this youth. What other options do I have? Is there a certain browser you should use?

Hi Donovan, JenniferOlinger said the Scout was good so now I’m more confused… BSA# 141489860 is what I pulled from my.scouting.org. Is there somewhere else I should go for help?
@DeannaFournier as I said that is not the BSA# - that scout is in a different unit from yours. Not in P188
@DeannaFournier It looks like the Scout with that BSA member ID number transferred to a different unit. Please contact your local council for more information.
Thank you! That makes perfect sense now. Unfortunately, his family never reached out so I was confused and I never received transfer request. I appreciate it!
Thank you I am seeing them now, one Scout still has a profile issue I have been trying for a couple of months to fix. 12584740 won’t show personal info in SB+. I have pinged District as well and will keep pinging them to try and get this fixed.
