I read a recent chains on this issue but can’t see how to resolve myself. A scout shows in the legacy version on our roster but not in Scoutbook plus. How can I resolve?

Yes, he is on our roster in my.scouting.org.
@DonovanMcNeil I just checked our roster in my.scouting.org. He BSA ID in there is different than what is showing in Scoutbook.
140949707 is what is listed in my.scouting.org
The screenshot from Scoutbook is shown below.
He is only listed once in each location though, so it isnt’ as though he has duplicate registrations. Just duplicate numbers it appears. Would this be why he isn’t showing in Scoutbook Plus?
OK all I can guess is the scout made their own log in but did it wrong - that is fixed - this PDF can help in future with that
