I have a family that attempted to register their child on March 27 using the Klarna option. My understanding is that this is supposed to immediately register the child while the parents gradually pay back Klarna, correct?
The family has screenshots showing that Klarna has been nearly paid off, but the application is still in status “payment pending”.
I recall that several times that week I had tried to pull up the scouting.org website and gotten a cloudflare timeout error. I’m wondering whether a cloudflare error at the wrong moment could have interrupted the payment from Klarna to Scouting America and caused them to be stuck in limbo. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
Our council registrar submitted a ticket to national for help with this, but it’s been nearly two weeks with no reply. Is that a typical turnaround time for something like this?
