Have two adult leaders whose registration has lapsed. Going through the registration process, they are then getting this error message at the end:
“Online Registration payments can’t be completed for this unit at this time. Please contact your local council.”
Have sent a message to our council earlier today, but since we are in the height of recruitment want to make sure that scout registrations are not impacted too.
Yeah, that’s the right step. As Stephen noted, only council can assist with the registration issues. If there’s an issue they can’t resolve directly, they have the ability to file a ticket with national (which the volunteers here can’t do).
