REGISTRATION RENEWAL WAS OPTED OUT- How to Renew?

One of our units has Scouts that are up for renewal, but one must have asked to opt out of Registration Renewal (REGISTRATION RENEWAL WAS OPTED OUT shows up on their screen.)

How does the parent change this to allow renewal?

The Opt Out flag is a toggle. It is either a circle with slash for no or a circle with check mark for yes. On the My.Scouting roster page, the unit Key 3 should be able to click it to change the setting. The parent may be able to, also.

Edit: reading the other forum posts, there seems to be a bug that prevents the Key 3 from flipping the toggle. It has been reported as being actively worked by BSA IT.

Yah- in this instance we can’t toggle. :sob: Hopefully it gets resolved cause the current fix from Council is for the Scout or leader to reapply…
